We know that the most reliable avionics installations are those that look as good from the front of the panel as they do from the back. The quality of the wiring, connections and the mounting of the equipment are as important as the reliability of the radios and instruments installed. We maintain strict standards to produce exceptionally reliable installs. Our specialists understand the importance of designing and creating a top of the line installation.
We work closely with owners, operators, and manufacturers to ensure that your aircraft is equipped for your specific flying needs. We have prototyped many aircraft in conjunction with the manufacturers to bring their equipment into a specific aircraft model or series. We can create a completely custom solution for any aircraft!
We do Installations Right
We work with you to determine the best and most cost effective equipment to build an avionics system that works for your needs. Before we even receive your aircraft we prepare drawings, parts, and required materials to ensure that your install progresses as smoothly as possible. Much of the harness is created on the bench before you even arrive, which greatly reduces downtime for your aircraft. When your aircraft arrives our technicians begin the task of removing antiquated equipment and open access areas to begin the install process.
The remainder of the install process is laying up our assembled harness in your aircraft and making in-aircraft connections to existing equipment, and reinstallation of temporarily removed equipment and the installation of your new avionics equipment.
While the Install process is progressing weight and balance, 337’s, work orders and maintenance sign-offs are being completed to expedite the closeout process of your install. Our process allows many installs to be completed in a few weeks and many can be completed in one to two weeks, limiting your downtime!
We are proud members of the Aircraft Electronics Association and maintain a FAA Approved Repair Station Certificate. Our Inspectors maintain training from manufacturers and industry associations to ensure that we only produce the highest of quality installs.
